YAH! Artistamp Heroes!

Information

YAH! Artistamp Heroes!

Group to share the artistamps which you've received from... Your Artistamp Hero(es)!

In the past years I've received wonderful artistamps (also known as cinderella stamps).
Recently I was surprised by some more beautiful self-created stamps. I will publish the awesome beautiful artistamps by Ptrzia and Alan Brignull in this group later. And the fantastic lion stamps by Eraser Heed you already can see here.
Moreover, there's the wonderful artistamp sheet you see below, created by Fraenz, who brought various mail artists together (and I'm feeling honoured being part of them - thank you very much, Fraenz!).

The above mentioned mail artists have something in common. They're not only mail art colleagues, but they also are... My Artistamp Heroes!

Of course there are more mail artists who I consider a real Artistamp Hero. No doubt they will appear here in future, too.

And as there are Many More Artistamp Heroes, I created this group.

And I am pleased to invite you to share your received artistamps, to celebrate the fact that you have Your Artistamp Hero(es), too!

Ever see the beautiful artistamps from the Republic of Whimsy,

by Theo Nelson in Canada? :-)

Those are beauties, too, thank you for sharing, Carolyn!

Funny, 'veerboot' is a Dutch word, meaning 'ferry boat' (the Dutch 'boot' is pronounced as 'boat', not as the [English] footwear :-) )

Great detective work, Alan, thank you!

And via his website I found more info about the Elsewhere Philatelic Society (and philatelicism),

Wonderful stamps, Alan, thank you very much for sharing!

And I am happy to be able to add two more countries to my list of unknown-now-known places (countries/places already known to me are Adanaland, the United Queendom of Retailia and the Quindy Islands).

Martha, Heleen, you're making me blush ;-)

Here are a couple of my artistamp heroes: the wonderful Dogfish of Tui-Tui and the unknown artists of the Elsewhere Philatelic Society.

Martha, really? I thought you were kidding!?!

See also the last alinea of my introduction text above of this group. Sharing the artistamps of your Y-A-Heroes is very much welcomed and appreciated! (Besides that: Alan is one of my heroes, too!)
