F. Schneider in Germany uses recycled cardboard,

and this one came with a corner missing...

it arrived safely and with a great fun portrait.

Added pieces on address side are fun too:

Also received a notice from jimmy connors, and will be

careful with future collages. Me thinks the UHU stick glue

did not hold up as well as its relative:UHU liquid glue:

The World Sticks with UHU! (me too in future mail art :-)

This second sending had a small paper card inside:

Thanks for all!

But UHU does work :-)

Often I need to use it to seal bought envelopes, as the "lick 'n stick"

or self-stick, too, doesn't seal anymore.

There is a problem often with Greek postage as well...they print issues and

sometimes forget to put glue on the other side! Lick 'n stick no workie,

and they "forbid" using tape...soooo UHU it is!

actually I was just quoting comments I received from others about things I had sent - while I think they were talking about something that I had done intentionally i.e. give the postal service the chance to modify the piece beyond adding stamps and barcodes.

Literally: "One word of advice, use more or another glue for the envelope, a lot had come lose and thats a pitty." ... and "But please use better or more glue, because there's a lot coming of your envelope!" So, don't worry, I'm sticking with you, w/ or w/o Bubo bubo.
