Visual poets on FB seem familiar with Jurga Sarapova. I don't think, unfortunately, that she exchanges mail art. She has many albums of work on FB.

I know some of you know the work of Jurga Sarapova (Lithuania) via FB. I think she is a great visual poet and have featured her on Asemic Front. I encourage you to take a look. I think she is really good.
