In my holidays I took photos of public post boxes sometimes, but sometimes I forgot it. Feel free to upload your own, but not letter boxes please.

Miscellaneous Cubian Post boxes What do you think the air vents are for?

Somewhere in Cuba.  So you think the mail person has a different key for every mailbox?

Bay of Pigs, Cuba PostboxPostbox found in the Bay of Pigs (Cubian) Headquarters museum.  I was not sure why it was there.  Maybe it was used to inform Havana that an invasion was going to take place.  No sure, all I know is that you had to pay $5.00 extra to take pictures.  Luckily my camera happen to have a dysfunction, and accidently took a photo when I was passing the postbox.

5***** star post box at Palacio Del Marques De San Felipe Y Santiago de Bejucal in Havana, CubaThe postbox system in the Hotel is like a laundry shoot (chute).  At the elevator (lift) of each floor is a slot.  The mail then slides down a glass tube to the main postbox on the ground floor.

Post office in Camagney, Cuba

Havana, Cuba.  This one was really cool.  Right next door to the Catedral de la Habana, this palacio was built in 1741 and once served as a post office (a stone-mask ornamental mailbox built into the wall is still in use). I sent most of my Mailart from here.
