Kerri, Meeah, Brooke, RCBz and A Lad in Seine

Kerri sent me this haunting painting/drawing with a thoughtful note on the back. Thank you, Kerri. The appreciation is appreciated.

She also sent me an updated magic couch card (mine had expired in October) the flip side of which I have dutifully applied to a non-magical couch for enhanced visualization purposes. Thanks again, Kerri

I received this neo-pop art piece from Diane Arbus via Meeah Williams who is helping her through her transition. Cryptic collage on reverse side by Meeah herself provided free of charge. Thank you, Meeah. You should have something in your hands shortly if not now.

Brooke sent me this musical collage this week. Thank you, Brooke and since you expressed interest in our Thanksgiving...here's how we spent it.

Turkey sandwiches on top of Kitchen Mesa which is in Georgia O'Keeffe country in New Mexico. Great views, no football.

RCBz's card reminded me of The Great War Centenary Edition Trench Coat which I had forgotten, once again, to celebrate. (Bloggers' Note: The elusive coat proved to be the only silver lining provided by Two World Wars and is often compared to the The Golden Fleece of yore.) Thank you RCBz.

Finally, An Artist in Seine sent me this Halloween card lo these many months ago...two to be exact.

It's a nouvelle Halloween card, made in France to French specifications. The overture is facile but the subtext complex and layered. Also of note: (see lower left) The Artist thanks me for sending him an Add n' Pass. Possible first for me. Thank you, Dean. And for the wonderful compliments you paid me in your last blog.

Thanks to all again. Over and Out.

Aladdin Sane (David Bowie) - that's clever.

Kerri's couch is great.

Glad to see Meeah is still around. Someone was spreading a rumor she had "kicked the bucket." I kid you not.

Scary enough for ya?  Happy it arrived and you didn't get caught.

Loved Kerri's haunting painting/drawing.  Thanks for blogging.

Also loved your Thanksgiving photo.  PS: Cuba hiking trip is on for this January.  Start getting your visa now.  Although there looks like there will be a lot of driving between hikes.  But the time is now before they get Starbucks everywhere!

Thanks again for the subtext complex and layered blog.
