03.09.15 Dare Ms. Katerina N., ... Oh, how interesting!!! I just love these saucy stories....but you would think Ms. Melissa would be pushing Wausau B. sauce being from a place like Wausau.  Not to long ago (on these pages), Eduardo Cardoso was attempting to tempt us with some sort of recipe involving his wabi sabi concoction. I found it appealing but less than perfect. I do find "McIlhenny's" to be pretty hot stuff\ & Eduardo's wabi sabi is pleasant but I think I'm gonna stick with the wasabi sauce. Ave uh nez dae.
