Well I would never think of altering this little beauty.  I love a the details.

I can't imagine the number of hours it took to complete this wonder.Well that the benefit of living in Minnesota during the winter.  Besides, it's so cold outside that you don't dare put your tongue on the metal railings.

"What a severe yet master artist old Winter is.... No longer the canvas and the pigments, but the marble and the chisel."  Because this is real master piece. Winter is a time of promise because there is so little to do — or because you can now and then permit yourself the luxury of thinking so. ~Stanley Crawford, A Garlic Testament: Seasons on a Small Minnesotan Farm, 1992

One kind word can warm three winter months. ~Japanese Proverb

This is wonderful.  That's three words, so that should cover an entire winter in Minnesota.

Thank you Linda.  Dr. Penn will be proud of you.  I plan to show this to her.

Just got an e-mail from Cheryl and she liked your Boekie.  However, she said that she may never do another Mail Art exhibition again as it was so much work.  I can believe that!  So this Boekie remains mine, all mine!   And your little dog too. (Sorry, saw the Musical "Wicked" in London and I'm OZed out.)

Kats: This is a show you will enjoy when you are in London.  I was truly surprised and Ah'd.

Sure, Dean. It's yours to do with as you please. Someone gave me a link to see her work, so I looked at it yesterday.

Thank you, Katerina. I would LOVE some Greek sunshine!

Cheryl Penn from South Africa is the Master of these types of books.  I think thy call them Boekies. She had a big show last October.  Sadly she is no longer part of this website, but I will send her the link so she can see your gem.  And with your permission, if she is having another show, I might send it to her as it deserves to be seen around the world.
