"Twinchies" just means "two inch art" 2x2 square. "Inchies" are 1x1 (one inch square) and are artist trading card miniatures. ☺ Not quite 35 mm slide but I see the similarity.

Val, I am glad you recieved the card.  I'm looking forward to seeing your invitation to the past. What should I wear to the exibit- my acid washed jeans from the 80's?  Should I take the time machine or the station wagon (same thing)?  More mail soon.

The Coursera class included mail art as a type of art expression, not a "how to" course in making mail art, though I did just read a book on this topic and found it interesting.  I think it's great for an art history class taught by a prestigious university to talk about mail art.
