A small plastic container arrived in Greece...

with this fun guy caring for safe delivery and this one too:

It contains "caps"? in a case for chocolates perhaps?

Aha! 'tis ALL punched circles !

lots and lots of punched circles ;-)

...and many other tiny mail art omens too, a beautiful shell,...stickers!

Thank you, Heleen, what a fun surprise!  'Know that the cast is off my left hand,

and with physical therapy it is doing better...but great to have these

mail art omens ready to use on new creations! xxx

And then came this surprise too:

With greetings from PostalNL :-)

What a great gift! (...and it is BLUE!, too ) Many thanks...

now to sit under the olive tree and...knit! :-)

Thank you, Helen! I am "soaking" my arm in the Aegean Sea,it is good therapy for old bones :-)

Still a bit stiff in the fingers, but "at my age" doc says to be patient .

Tell daughter that her little drawing in the circle will be cherished

and taken good care of here in Greece!

So happy to read your arm is free again! How is the pain doing?
And happy to see my mail arrived well. The container has been used for sugar-made cake decoration (in frog-, sheep-, cow- and piggy shape, alas our craving for them was too big to send one of these to you, too..).
The little drawing has been made by dear daughter. I am not sure if see agrees to its moving home to Greece, but I thought it too pretty and too round to not send it to you :-)

The Post letters says ' apologize for delivering a damaged piece of mail', but as far as I can see the spool knitting objects all are unharmed, are they? :-)
