Hedgehogs and sea lions and cat burglar kitties, OH MY!!!

Carina keeps in touch with late-winter greetings...and animals that the groundhog would only see if he hadn't seen his shadow on Feb. 2nd. But indeed he did, meaning six more weeks of winter weather. In fact...there's a snow storm expected to roll in here tomorrow dumping another 6 inches or so upon us. WHERE IS GLOBAL WARMING WHEN YOU NEED IT???!?!!

Carina tantalizes my funny bone with humorous hibernating animals peeking out to send me greetings... including a "Criminal Cat" cartoon in the form of a matchbox pull-out accordion boekie. INSANELY brilliant...and HILARIOUS. All this STUFFED in a fatty envelope from Finland—a land which has an even higher latitude than Vermont. So if anyone is hibernating...it would be Finlandians...all of them except Carina, who is apparently busy making Something More Than Mail Art...

Thank you Thom for the fun blog, it means the world to me! I hope winter has lost its grip on Vermont by now. Finlandians are indeed living on a high latitude, but luckily we got the gulf stream... Stay warm. :)
