Katerina Nikoltsou: The case of the missing banana

Katerina is taking all the risks and testing the Greek postal system again.  This time she wins and in a very big way.  Of course this was too big to fit in a mailbox, for off to the post office I went to pick it up.

The postal worker handed it over the counter and looked at me strangely.  While I was there, I then asked to buy 238.00 euros worth of stamps.*  He said; "Are you a professional?"  In which I replied; "Well I never had a woman give me money in the morning, so I guess the answer is no."

The Greek postal workers must have been in such a state of shock that they forgot to cancel the stamps.

Does anyone know why you need a fork for a banana?

Thank you Katerina, you did it!

* The postage rate in France is going up on the 1st of January.  So I thought to purchase tons of generic stamps.  Saving me about 8%, but they are not as pretty.

The banana case (or is it the case-of-the-banana?) is for kiddies to take to

school for their snack break and not have a smashed banana in their pocket!

Maybe the fork (it should have been a spoon me thinks) could be used to eat

a banana split? Yummy!

So La Poste didn't leave it at your doorstep :-(

At least they added a nice looong barcode :-)

Well that's the first I ever heard of a banana phobia.
