These could be Val doodles which he drew while waiting for the Tour de France to pass by on the 12th day.

So can anyone tell me if this is Val's hand writing and did he draw the picture?

They are not doodles! They are the working plans,  dimensions and technical specifications of of the complicated bit of machinery that I built single handed out of bits and pieces from ametal and wood workshop. It's* for sale...for several thousand euros, dollars or pounds;

I got one of them with exactly the same doodles, so I think they must be part of the picture, Dean.

No wonder he's going rusty if he's been sleeping outdoors!
