Thank you for another lovely piece of Greece Katerina! I will of course get to work on an embroidered card for you as soon as I can. It might take me a couple of weeks to find a suitable portrait and get all those stitches done, but I promise I will!

Yeah, it's been pretty scary here, my grandmother and I got stuck at Neiman-Marcus and took cover under a mink coat.  We are both safe and have been having tea like good southern ladies.  So far we've only seen rain...

Dear Katerina: number 996 arrived today, beautiful 'Tall Greek blue-green grass'. very pretty indeed. What on earth are you going to do when you get to 1000? Not retire, I hope!

I set my Exhibition up today. It looks good, I think. I'll be posting some photos after the reception tomorrow.

I'll send you something back soon, when the Exhibition dust has settled.

Bestest, Val

Thank you for the beautiful Spring Awakening from Greece!!  I wish it was that perfect springy green here- it's just starting to get hot and muggy.  It is the perfect time for me to visit cooler climes!

Thanks Kat for the birthday wishes! I like the happy card! Today is the big day, Frase comes home from hospital for the first time after 4 and a half months so it is going to be a challenge getting used to this new way of life. Hold thumbs!

Welcome back, yes yes under the Eiffel tower.  I got a lot of good shots of the Kats this weekend, now to get them together and finish off the Kat Kase on to "E".  But it was fun.

Don't forget to turn your clock ahead.  Thank you for the 3 pieces you sent.  Behind on blogs.
