Dear Martin Rowan, I have finally gotten something from Beautiful Downtown Burbank -- about 40 years after I saw you laughing in, and out -- even though it wasn't Goldie. Today I'm being a bit dilsektix, and think that it was kind of you to invite me to join your College project. I will be sending Fake Fanny Evans something later this week, when I get to the Postal Orifice.

Regards, Val

PS what's the connection between thee and BD Burbank and him in East 3 St, NY??

Looks like I didn't have the No. Naomi, just Naomi.  Could that have made it impossible to deliver!?  Wow.

Fake John Evans collage blanks - sure.  Did I send any yet!?  I am totally unable to remember from one moment to the next what I'm doing or what I've done. ;)

At least I'm living in the moment. (!)

Looking to see if the address I had for you in 09 matches what you have on your page now... anyway, if you didn't get it, you didn't get it.  ;)  I'll try and scare one up for you.  That was one expensive set of docs and I didn't make extra copies for that reason.  I may be able to print one out though and, if I can, I'll send it to you again.  If not, I'll send you a .pdf file of the chapbook.  It was a work of art (if I don't say so myself!).  ;)

25 years!  I don't know if I'd have that kind of discipline.  I seem to work in waves, productive one week, not so much the next.  Anyway, that was my first add-and-send, so now that I've got my feet wet, I look forward to future interactions.  The Network is such a fascinating way to be a part of art.  Thanks for the friendship!

Thank you for sending some Fake John Evans Collage sheets my way!  They arrived Friday, but I didn't get a chance to play with them until Sunday night.  I had to do a little research so I could be an educated participant.  They will leave my mailbox tomorrow.  I enjoyed reading some of your comments and viewing your photos--an interesting review of my art history education--a truly amazing collection of works.  Thanks again!

Hmmm...I got some of the Best Mail Ever at my PO box the other day, and it was from an entity calling themselves Oh Boy! Many many thanks for sending to me -- I have something on the way to you, J.E., and am forwarding the third collage on to another collaborator-in-correspondence-based-collusion. Keep an eye out... :-)

Thanks alot for the locksmith shop in the West Village link. Been inundated lately with keys contributions, but not that many. Wow.

Surely I came close to this place when I was doing my own exploring in da city, summer ArtDetox 2010.

Well man, Lon sent me many cassettes back then, with him and a gang of fellows (including Dave Zack and Michael Mollet) chatting or should that be bullshitting? Are you on any of them? I also have one of Lon at Judith Hoffberg's house when she comes in and rips into him cos they are all smoking in the house. Lon was a great contact, as I said I still miss him. Lon can be heard on Mail-art dada skank the song on my page on this IUOMA site, he is the one saying "I'm just beating on the bathroom floor"
