The torch will get to us on July 23, but ZKK should be here if possible a few days earlier, I am afraid she will have to train for the event.

I hope that where she is now she is not overeating and goes to bed early, a bit of jogging should help too.

I am so excited! the Olympic torch is going to be passing our High Street, I still do not know exactly when. As soon as I find out I shall let you know because it would be simply spiffing if ZKK could be here. I will make her a mini torch to wave around. Hopefully without setting herself on fire. Dean's video is shocking but I am glad she still had a life left at least.

i concur....
I am going to get a bunch of plastic fruit & start mailing it out around the world simply to mess with my local post office...

I might even pack it to different po in town...

I already had a mailart bomb done on the branch that delivers my mail...

I got a note from the super to plase ask people to stop sending mail directly to her...
(she figured out my address - not so hard since i put it on everything)

I told her, in no uncertain terms

NO

She still complains when i go down there!!
Been over a year & she still gets stuff...

In a cheezy italian accent:

"You dont want to mess with the MailArt Mafia - ok
i do not want to be forced to make send some goons to make you an offer you cannot refuse.."

Since i started doing mailart - i have gotten 1 mail man fired...
one re-routed

And i am sure i will get another note from the mail office super about some bullshit reprimand  ...

I wish they would give me a mail lady!!!

I am so happy. I was about to go to the central post office and ask about ZKK "disappearance"! The neighborhood corner yellow mail boxes are being removed...as the post office cuts costs: no need for drivers and truck for mail pick-ups around the city ;-( now we MUST go to the post offices, either for stamps and/or for leaving the mail there. sigh....economical problems.
