Heavens ... will this set a new trend of sending images of washing machines? Will a new IUOMA group have to be started?

Thanks for the feedback.  I was trying for a Bruno C. flashy image.  it took some time and i'm still not sure but ya can't go wrong with pinials as finials (had to look that one up - i was sure it was a bird term..jeje) or with avians. Will send snail mail one of these days.... if the post office survives in the USA...ciao

Thank you so much. As of right now the Beard award is just a nomination. Winners will be announced in September.

Yes, the CALL ON ME project is over. I might do a second one if there's interest.

Bradford, Thanks for the link to the postage stamps made from the algae of the Venice Lagoon. It's a very interesting story and explanation of the stamp-making process.

Wow, that was definitely me. I haven't had any in years. I had one named Harriett who lived for years and years.

Well, Deadwood, South Dakotey finally caught up with the rest of the nation.  Today, the mayor held a special meeting at noon, passed Deadwood Resolution No.10 which shut down all the casinos at 5 p.m.
In other local news, Sturgis Guns is giving every gun buyer a free bible with their purchase.

Bradford, I received your Halloween postie today and I love it!  And I love Albert Einstein too. He’s a handsome and scary critter! And obviously a very smart kitty! Cats are my favorites. I hope to see more of Albert! Thank you so much! You can expect something from me soon.

Hi there.  I seem to have had a lot of mail go missing recently so I am chasing about and wondering if this arrived?

06.10.19 Dare Mister Bradford,...was pleased to see your commentary regarding  "Wild Bill" Hickok as I had often wondered but  never asked....& what did you think  of the HBO series "Deadwood"???  You must surely have some sort of  realistic insight.  I'm fairly easily entertained but I thought it was one of the best  so called " "westerns" ever.  & was surprized to learn how much I enjoyed the  foul-mouthed character "Calamity Jane" with what seemed to be "a heart of gold".  Happy Trails, Richard Canard

What's this Bradford; another believer in the etiquette of airmail?  Can there really be two of us?  I have always thought that there was a lot of mileage to be found amongst the other ephemera found on mail besides stamps.  Glad to have found a fellow traveller . . .
