In no particular order - Kerri ...

Kerri ... beautiful art and great quote.

and then

Amy ...

Gorgeous fiber art. Love it.

And I love the flux mermaid pieces above. Wanted to post them side by side. In the piece above Moan Lisa (the artist formerly known as superhero) tells me to learn to carve because as you'll see ... he sent me some materials for carving ...

When I got these two different envelopes I truly thought the rubber was already carved. Not until I got the second did I figure it out.

Love the piece above and below - a digital collage of ML/SH/MR cut apart and stapled together. Really nice.

So. There you have it. Belated blogging but some fantastic stuff has been coming to me in the mail. Thanks Kerri, Superhero and Amy!

Wolf in sheep's clothing perhaps?

NAH! He's obviously a mermaid.

Well, my boyfriend and I argue about who is more butch. I would like to consider myself butchier, but I do like to cock my hip and use a dripping Texas accent, so I am not too sure....I dig Moan's stapled photo collage!

ha ha ha! I've a tendency to think that many asymmetrical gender-specificities are just cultural constructs mysef anyway... ie, I think most of us are to some extent...%_^ (and many, many are wo/men trapped in #3 imnsho!)

A man trapped in a woman's body?

A woman trapped in a man's body?

Or a man trapped in a sheep's body?
