Comment by MomKat on September 12, 2012 at 11:26am Monumento Vostell in Greece: Part 2...Acropolis, Athens
The BLUE car on the BLUE wave is in BLUE Greece
with the BLUE sky by the Ancient Acropolis (not allowed ON the Acropolis, sorry).
With the Parthenon just barely visible up high on the "Rock": the Acropolis.
It was displayed next to the ancient Roman theater, the Odeion:
The Vostell Monument also visited the reproductions of the
sculptures of the Parthenon pediment (also know as the STOLEN Elgin Marbles):
The originals Lord Elgin took to London, now in the British Museum.
The famous Vostell Monument and these sculptures are on display
in the Acropolis Metro station, Athens. An honorable place indeed!(horses...horses....)
