Can Someone Help Me Identify a piece of Mail Art?

I received this intriguing piece of mail art from Spain, I think. I would like to respond if I can figure out where to send something. Many thanks.

That is from Pedro Bericat in Spain. I received a similar mailing with the same request for banknote-art.

Tofu, I concur with you, and, besides, I wouldn't even know how to open it. It works perfectly on its own. Here's to Senor Clean....hahahaha.

Pedro always sends these mystery pieces with undetermined material encased in plastic.  I always like them but would be terrified to actually open the plastic.  And now we know that Mr. Clean is called "Don Limpio" in Spain.

Thank you, Katerina. You have confirmed what a couple of other mail artists on FB suggested. Very, very gooey!

It is from is from Pedro Bericat: "Mute Sound".
