Erin sent me these gorgeous ATC's. Two of them are finished Jams. I think Judy Staroscik and Erin did a fantastic job with the Egyptian theme starters I made. The starters were extremely plain and look what they did with them! Texture, birds, cut up poetry/proverb-- I just love it. "Crazy Love" is a Buddy Jam by myself and Erin. I love the little critters drawn on it! And then, a new set of starters! Woopee! OH, and I absolutely love the tape that nearly covers the envelope!…Continue

Look at this gorgeous envelope from Aine! The text appears to be from a torn up dictionary, with multicolored gears, clocks, beads and bubbles! Inside, a finished Jam by William M, myself, and Aine, plus a set of Trio starters!

Dean sent this "Some say we're nuts, but we know we're just bananas" post-Banana Day card. It has many wonderful parts, including some Mexican food that's making me hungry. On the back side it looks like the Postal Service kept one piece, though. It must have been extra special! Thanks, Dean!…Continue
Heleen sent me this beautiful banana envelope--I love the way she's written the address all around the image. Inside, a stylish, somewhat futuristic Fair Trade banana on a background of exquisitely drawn lines, and of course the trademark postage stamp edges.
Also, a "Blob" card -- from a collection of "real weird animals" -- so silly and happy. Thank you so much, Heleen!…Continue

Another fabulous envelope from Richard Baudet. For this one he has taken small bits of mail art pieces I've sent him and re-purposed them for this wonderful collage. On the flip side, a rubber stamp by Debbie Osborn, and inside, a hand-written sticker I can use for a collection box. Merci, Richard!…Continue

Here are a few of the great pieces of mail art I received this month (so far). I'm way behind in acknowledging these kind creative folks -- so, a "blog jam" -- great name for it!
Top left, Banana mail from Intransferivel in Brazil! Top right, Jessica from Norwich, UK send these amazingly sparkly and cheerful flowers/circles. She also drew a really sweet envelope. Bottom Right, Briana Learnihan made this Circles within Circles card which came nekkid unscathed. You can't tell…Continue
Ryusho sent me this extra beautiful envelope -- look at the seal -- he says that is the hanko, or Chinese characters for Ryusho. I think everything about this mail art is lovely.…Continue

I always love these vintage undies PC's from Mars Tokyo -- and I'm so glad I don't have to wear them! On this one there's a wonderful series of photomat snapshots of a young woman acting goofy -- I was wondering if that could possibly be Mars herself!…Continue

Thomas sent me this schematic of a chess game -- I had to figure out that's what it was by the names on the other side, famous chess masters who are listed in Wikipedia. I am learning more stuff on this site!
