Who else but Dean could be the maker of this epic piece? No packaging and the stamps (quite a fascinating collection) unfranked. I think this must have stopped the postal servce in their tracks. Wish I could have seen their faces as this made its journey to London. Thank you - great m-a to sign off 2016…
