This mail art cracks me up. I seem to be getting a lot of cereal boxes lately so cerealism is apparently a movement that is here to stay. She writes "I don't own a microwave anymore, so I eat my lazy ppl food at night in the library staff room. Delishious!"
Thanks Sandra, okay now looking at it closer I can't tell…

I feel so lucky that Lesley had another of these books and sent it to me. The use of pattern layered with text and asemic writing etc. is just breathtaking-thank you Lesley!

This trashbook is soooo elegant delicate I have gone through it many many times and still find something new. She has used a button on the binding, which is a great touch, as well as postcards with words highlighted such as "junk" "Painting everything" and "have a drink", painted text pages from her studio, etc She has some great stamps like "Crooked", "Discarded"-which really says it all and is stamped "Confidential" "Value" and "That Way to Comfort". This trashbook has great value and I…

I think Ning has a limit to how many photos are allowed in one blog post so I will post the rest of this fabulous package in the comments section. The packaging is just as entertaining as what's inside. Erni told me he was sending his heart. Screw flowers and candy--what was inside this was decadent. He put "Domestic Municipal Garbage" on the customs form god knows what they thought of that. Too funny. And that's exactly what is inside. There are what looks like hazelnuts, squished…

I received the most amazing trashbook from Thom and I'm going to post all the pages whether this page wants me to or not. It will only let me post a few at a time. His stamp is genius and each page is just rich. I love how he put a ticketmaster envelope in and there is awesome trashpo inside of it. He has pieces of envelopes, plastic bags, and calendars and perfect choice of words interspersed throughout and the tiny bag of threads and 'loose ends' is amazing. He has cut out a…

Was thjrilled to receive this great trashpo piece from Bifidus I would love to see Volume I and hope for more sequels. This is a 6" X 9" piece of faux wood-maybe made of laminate or something the texture of a mouse pad which I have considered using it as. Amazing that everything stuck to it during mailing and I…

Received this great package from Erni. I will have to post the original packaging in a separate blog as Ning is being picky and won't let me post additional photos. The shampoo bottle has great smelling air from hamburg in it. I am honored to have some German Garbage from the Erni Bar Fan Club. The CD of Fun Manchu may very well be complete trash as Erni says, but when I tried to play it I received an error message which I found to be quite poetic. I got TWO large collages from…

Holly wrote "School started last week here in Texas. It was 108 degrees here today so we might as well be in school practicing our handwriting" I love that she sent me something that was like a page torn out of her life-literally
Thank you…
