i don't see Lucretia here on IUOMA; i wonder if she might be connected to someone else who sometimes sends mail from Bishkek?

i'm guessing this was sent last November, on the 50th anniversary of his death. 

i'm choosing to interpret this as a reminder to be patient; no one is around forever...
