Remember the USA eclipse in August?

Well, jj has made an amazing creation...with a star "clip" and a black paper moon,

Nicolas Malevitsis and Dimitra Papatheodorou  invite you to participate in a Mail Art project entitled “Stars move leaving dust and sound behind them”

What kind of memories left you the moments and situations you've experienced? Give them a form, a colour, a sound...You may paint, make a collage, use photos, songs, music, digital elaboration, poetry and many more.

The mail art will be available readily in two central bookstores in Patras and Athens, and maybe in other cities of…

Mars Tokyo's Mail Art

Mars new work seems all about RESISTANCE! Bound, blinded, strangled -- Da Da indeed. I love the addition of the freedom-related postage stamps to the ATC's. Absolutely great work!

Jimmy Connors and Michael Orr Mail Art

At the top is one of Jimmy's famous distressed postcards--this one has holes cut in it and some deliberate-looking tears on the surface. Really interesting, what he's doing.

The pink/red card is a wonderful piece from Michael Orr. So complex, I like it very much. The list across the top is a kind of poem including entries such as "owls" and…

September 2017

This small tonal drawing is of the three pelicans of St James's Park, London. The pelicans are so perfectly synchronised that when they swim, one behind the other, they create a perfect line. I am going to try and develop this drawing into a painting.

Robyn Banks' ATC's

Top left is a completed Buddy Jam I sent to Robyn. I love what she did with my simple abstract design. Top right is an ATC in her new "cubist" style. So restful to the eye. It almost reminds me of Eastern Orthodox iconography, not sure why...beautiful postcard, too! Thanks…

Mail Art Martha!

WOW! I didn't know Martha was fluent in Spanish! Or Cat, or Rat! As best I can figure, the cat is bragging about not only being descended from Egyptian gods but also one of his ancestors was a favorite of Louis XIV of France. The rat responds, in essense, "no big deal, cat, my family has always been distinguished in medical experimentation!" Wonderful…
