Why I am involved in Mail-Art:: Love paper, art, correspondence, languages, international relationships. Definitely a mass mailer but not (yet?) a Mail Artist.
Sent hundreds of hand-made cards to dozens of relatives and friends between 2003 and 2008. Received very few that were home-made. Thought in Sept 2008 the right community to join would be the MailArt for receiving beautiful correspondence and learning techniques.

Livre collectif de mail art.

Envoyez 18 travaux, grandeur: 14.8 X 21 cm (A5 vertical), numérotés et
signés, pour faire une série de volumes, chacun avec plusieurs artistes.
Chaque volume contiendra un minimum de 14 travaux, un par artiste.
Modifiez chaque copie pour qu'elles deviennent des originelles uniques.
N'importe quelle technique: dessins, peintures, photos, collages...

Chaque participant recevra un volume.

Fin des délais: octobre 2010

Since Ainu doesn't have a written language, scholars use the Roman alphabet to transcribe the sounds. The picture and words refer to an Ainu folktale that I translated into English a long time ago. I will send you one from this series.
