Jennifer...Yes, I'd like to have the 'zine with Swoon and other printmakers if you happen to have a spare copy. Many thanks!!!

Thanks for your 'favorite' vote for the Women Artists' Cow. I could not resist the challenge. I used to be a printmaker until an accident sidelined me. SWOON was an inspiration to me too--I still try to keep up with her.

Thanks for the Boring Postcard, Jennifer."Boring? Or simply odd?" you ask.

"Both", I think. And you might have come up with a new category: 'Boring-and-Odd Postcards".

I can understand why a Postcard of the Amsterdam Church might be of interest to someone, somewhere (and, after all, it was produced by an association of friends of the church), but why they would want to show the Church covered in scaffolding is another matter -- unless they were in the scaffolding business!

Why don't you join the Group?

Thanks again, Val

Dear Jennifer,
thank you for the elegant postcard made of wood. I will give it to the Museum of Moscow in the next few days. It will be a large Fund of postal art in perpetuity under the guarantee of the state. Not bad for art critics of the future.

With gratitude, Ilya

Help needed with an address!

Help! Has anyone had contact with someone whose name could be Movic Abdellah, in Algeria? I'm struggling now to read the name and address to send finished work back to.

Unwanted mail?

What do you do with ADD&PASS with content that's not conventionally offensive, but is so far outside your own world of interests that you just don't want to participate? Without being rude.

3-scrap collages from Nancy Bell Scott

Posted on March 21, 2020 at 6:58pm 3 Comments

Four of Nancy's collage pieces arrived in my mail this week - and I'm just gazing at them, loving them. The combination of torn fragments, the asemic marks - these are something special for me, Nancy. I'm fairly new to collage as a medium, as a form (compared to drawing and printmaking), but I've now been looking at enough to start to see what really excites me, and these do. Of the four, the one with the red circles is definitely my favouritist.

Can I recommend Nancy's blog…
