I think I discovered a long time ago that Guido's titles rarely have anything to do with his drawings. I always thought that this was a great idea and use a similar system sometimes myself.
One way is to open up a book and use the title of a chapter. Lately I used "The black spot" from Treasure Island. Yes one of those books I chopped up. It was a nice hard cover illustrated one as well.

Made in the air and mailed from here in California none-the-less [postmarked; Oakland, CA]. This one was almost a lost-in-the-mail mail-art piece, the address label was literally placed on top of the card when I opened my mail box, and fell off as I pulled it forward out of the box. Whew, that was a close one.
