I drew the dragon in pen and ink on vellum and then scanned it, brought it into Painter 12 and used the kaleidoscope tool with impasto oil brushes to make the frame - it is a depiction of ancient Chinese scholars and judges.

These are ALL very beautiful -- especially the Winter Tale one. The kaleidoscope effect in a mandela setting is beautiful: bravo, bravissimo!
