I'd say all of my art tends towards the serious/spiritual, but i didn't have anything in particular in mind when I drew this. Then when I finished it, I realized it looks a lot like the pictures of the sacred heart of Jesus that I grew up with in the Catholic church. We don't escape our past, we just (hopefully) integrate it!
