Not sure if this is Blake, it is not like his other work, but could be something he copied, like his early copies of images from Westminster Abbey, or may be he was commissioned to do this work.

Showed the collage to some friends who were guessing that the base of this image could be a work by Honoré Daumier, funny I did not think of that myself because I have an original in my personal art collection, but I am still puzzled by the colors, Blake is still an option. The book I have is terrible, non of the art is credited and the list at the end is ridiculous, all references are fake, so a big shamble by the editor.

Book is called 40 centuries of painting, NEVER buy this unless you wanna cut it up into pieces for coilage purposes and have a ton of fun!

A collage in which I replaced the face of Christ by a femail breast and surfacing snake. I am not 100 "percent" sure but the base could be a work of Blake, found in a book without any reference at all!

Send to me, too, Jonesy :-)

Yes, that was an "award" from David Stafford with Blake...and Homer !

Hello, I have been absent for a while, sorry. I found a bunch of different William Blake postcards among my things and I was thinking of sending them out to you. The print quality I think could be better, but still, you could use them for collages, remixes or whatever you want. Just post your name and I will send them out in a week or two.

Here and there I have found references to William Blake at IUOMA. Here are some:

This was posted a few weeks ago, unfortunately I cannot find the author now.

I think this is by David Stafford for Katerina Nikoltsou.

I love William Blake by Guido Vermeulen.

I did not realize that the settings for this group were for approved members only. How silly. I have changed it now. Of course anybody can join, who wants to contribute!
