Under the same Sky

Sharon Silverman's call was very interesting. Why not turn it into a Group or is it a Group already?

Publish a photo of the sky above you (only the sky and no buildings and/or trees) and mention date, time and location you took the photo.

"circles of confusion" as Vermeer noticed, they become crescent shapes during the solar eclipse...how strange, how fascinating!

22.08.17 Dare Ti Ar R. & Mim G. S., ..."the shadows filtering through the leaves made lots of crescent moons on the sidewalk"...the same thing happened here in Carbondale. I  noticed (only because I was advised to look for it) that there were multiple little "crescent moon" shapes of light on the grass while under the shade of the trees.  The whole world was /is watching....the leaves, the grass, the concrete & even we humans will upon occasion open our eyes. The sky this afternoon, 21 August, Richmond, VA, USA, while the partial eclipse of the sun was occurring. The light was strange. The shadows filtering through the leaves made lots of crescent moons on the sidewalk.
