Comment by Dan Mouer on June 18, 2014 at 6:51pm: Ray Johnson Estate just published this card from Richard C. depicting R.J. as Ultra Violet. The occasion for publishing it is due to Ultra's death this past Sunday. So it is good news and bad news. Bad news is that I knew Ultra pretty well back in my New York days. Many lunches with she, John Cale and others from The Factory scene. I sat in to watch and listen on one recording session with them, too. I also published what became a very notorious image of Ultra...a certain intimate detail, that is.

The good news is I get to see yet another wonderful RC postcard...one that even has a bit of historical patina to it. Yay, Richard!
