Orange lovers

When I was preparing this mail to send to two Orange lovers, I found out that there still is no IUOMA-group for Orange lovers.

So here it is! If Orange is your favourite colour, and if you want to share Orange mail with the world: join!

(by the way, my favourite colour is Turquoise...)

ORANGE is the COLOR for AUGUST :-)

We could send members an August mail art card

...and one to Dimitra in Patras for her "Color My World" project!

And Richard Baudet surprised again with a beautiful collage envelope:

With a lot of orange (and music!) in the postage stamp, too, and the beautiful calligraphy on the back.

Thank you very much, merci beaucoup, Richard!

More Orange, thanks to Vizma!

In an envelope (a blue one, yay!) with promising content: 2 packages, too beautiful to open:

WIth orange (and bunnies) on the envelope:

And my name in bronze orange, above one of my favourite Australian animals (you can see him/her here, in a video which shows the usually yellow-beige spines as orange :-)  and next to great stamps:

Thank you very much, Vizma!

Received from Eva:

This lion suits well in my Real Weird Animals mail art project (and I'll publish it there, too, but please have patience, because I'm still behind in posting, too...).
But of course this many orange belongs here, too :-)

By the way, the lion is a character from the Wizard of Oz, and Eva has an interesting mail art project on Oz.

Thank you very much, Eva! (but how dare you write I'm an Orange lover; I may be founder of this group, but deep, deep inside I'm a turquoise lover  :-)

Thank you, Zois, Anu and Angie, for your messages! I am happy to read that at least these three mailings arrived well! And nice to know that the orange form, which usually is green, was accepted, too :-)

Heleen, thank you.  Wow, what a package celebrating ORANGE arrived today, Saturday.  Very inventive letter/note page with the members in the upper right. Excellent example of mail art, this picture barely shows half of it.
