HYPERCUBE MAIL ART

The invitation to participate in the call is open to all artists without age limits and from all over the world.

The theme includes all the possible meanings of Hypercube, as a geometric figure defined in a four-dimensional space, which can be physical, temporal, existential, interpreted according to one's personal sensitivity.

UNTIL 30 SEPTEMBER 2022

Participation is free

The works must be sent as letters by ordinary mail, parcels are not allowed.

No return

No jury

No selection, but racist, pornographic, blasphemous, sexist works, etc ... are not accepted

Hello everyone! it's been a long 10 years that I haven't been around. Life just happens. Fast-forwarding to present times, I have the opportunity to participate with a score in Documenta 15. I'm part of one of the collectives that were invited (Alice Yard- Trinidad & Tobago). 

My score, 5:38, I want to open it to the public.

The plan is to project the digital submissions to the public, starting in Trinidad and ultimately in Kassel, Germany.

The plan is to record at 5:38 (am or/and pm). It could be yourself, actions, what is happening at that moment, you can record sound, use photos, videos, etc. Unlimited submissions are to be uploaded to this link: https://bit.ly/D15Rq

Documenta 15 already started, and we want to show the first wave of submissions by mid-July, and continue showing until September.

Just in time for International Archives Day, June 9th, 2022 the FIVE/CINQ Archives, including the archives of James W Felter and the FIVE/CINQ International Mail Art Archive has been transferred to Archives and Records Management - Simon Fraser University, Burnaby, BC Canada.

Deadline : February 15, 2023.
