3D Pen Art

In the last years the 3D pen has been added to the assortiment for the mail-artists. I've been using them now for a few years and integrated them into my artwork and also mail-art sendings. Just wondered if there are others out there that use the 3D pen or even 3D printed in their mail-art?

Are there more mail-artists using the 3D pen, or am I the only one?

Seems like there is no-one out there yet using a 3D pen, or am I wrong. They have become cheap, so you should give it a try.......Continue

Made a new object with the 3D pen to give "The Eye Catcher" something to watch.  Made on July 9th by Ruud Janssen, Breda, Netherlands, with PLA plastics and a MiRywell 3D pen.

For the public the first 3D pen was available in 2013, so only 3 years ago now....

The first 3D pen was thought out in 2012 (see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/3Doodler), after that more firms made 3D pens. Latests one is the Lix pen, Myrywell 3D pen, etc.....   I have now 4 different types of 3D pens to use. They all have their strong points and weak points. The MyRywell is my favorite because of speed and capability to make larger objects (it is fast with extrusion).
