Victorian DaDa

Victorian DaDa

DeVillo Sloan inspired me to start this group, and I'd like help defining it, and would love to see other examples besides my own.

This group is dedicated to mail art, perhaps with a time period theme (Pre-Raphaelite, Flapper, Byzantine, Edwardian, even modern day) of an elegant nature spiked with a Dada / Surreal twist.

Elements can be added as creatively as the artist would like.... Or taken out. Nature is prevalent due to the Romantic floral effect and poetry (often cut & paste) is incorporated. An arm or leg can be truncated and repositioned. Woo Hoo!

Or anything you feel like.

Thank you, and hope to see you here!

why does my description of this group say "BEWAREN" - ?

I had wondered this for quite some time but it didn't matter enough to me to ask till now cause it bugs me, but it's all right.
