A Question came up that I felt I needed to post for transperency purposes.
This process explained below is strictly how I, (P.L.P.) respond to complaints as a mentor on the IUOMA network and does not reflect the ideas or processes of other mentors.
How can you tell the spam from the real thing?
This particular messeage has appeared b4 under a different user name - that is why I posted the exact text...
Deterination has worked as follows since I started getting notes as a mentor:
1 - a user notifies the mentor of complaint.
2 - user that complaint is about is notified by the mentor to submit a reply to complaint for the record and is given a 7 day time constraint.
3 - Master administrator is notified of initial results & provided information for review.
4- Master administrotor follows NING Network imposed rules which are viewable in the NING website terms of service of which every member has agreed to abide by.
5- Final desision is made by the Master administrator (whoever has claimed responsibility for the "IUOMA" network on the NING plateform)
This process has already happened with this exact post b4 & has therefore been deemed spam already.
This is a violation of NING TOS and subjuect to immediate removal.
If you have any questions - you are welcome to review the terms of service directly on the NING website.
A very valuable statement. Thank you!
