Linda, thanks for posting that link, it sure is an amazing artspace.

54 messages in a bottle, wow! What a charming man, "drunk with life!" I'm smiling!!

Nice one Chris! All that timber, beautiful beams. And lollies on the table, the complete studio shed! Where did she get that paintbrush holder, I want one!

This is where I spent last weekend - sharing a studio with 2 friends for an Open Studio weekend.  This is a converted OLD garage on an old family farm.  OUr friends bought is about 10 yrs ago & have turned the old garage into a studio - we preferred to think of it as the old milking shed - seemed more romantic.  We had a wonderful weekend!

maybe an off topic "artspace" but very inspiring. I would like to share this short video about Mohsen, a person soaked of life, who left me the feeling that no one is lost if not for himself,

(and communication existed even before the invention of the word "art" and subsequent disputes)

The communication felt, thought, held with all the senses, conveys hidden talkative silence and vital impulses even if sometimes in despair. If you ask me which video I would like to see before I die (or begin living) I would say:  this one

Wow, look at all these gorgeous images!

What are those coloured drop shaped things, Kat? Inks? Wish I was there again...brrrrrr, winter is on it's way down here. Yuck. Doom and gloom.

I'll be moving out to this studio in the garden soon, it gets winter sun and has just been fitted with a stove. I stole it from my friends who weren't using it. OK, borrowed it. They think they're getting it back.
