seems I am in it without knowing. But that is not a problem. Will do the page and will pass it on to someone of the list here. To keep it a surprise I won't mention the direction it is going. A roadmap in the book will be needed too. I suggest everybody documents his parts to and publishes it only partly here. We don't want the story to dissapear when the book gets lost.
