DK, concerning the Trash Talk Generator:

Not Hi Ng has invented one, which he sent to me as an add & pass. It works! You can hear him talking & then a rooster starts crowing. You can record your own message.

I'm featuring it in "Decadence of Trashpo III" that will be posted in a few days. Then I'll send the "Trash Talk Generator" to someone else. It is so cool I'm having trouble parting with it.

At college I did a project where I made 'clothing out of music'. Lots of CDs and plectrums, and I knitted the tape from some cassettes to create the sleeves. A bit awkward to work with, and itchy to wear, but looked really cool.

We have many cassette tapes, and still a cassette player in the music machine in my studio. Some were bought recorded, others were made, like I taped some of the 1985 Live Aid concert off the tv into my boombox.

Wish I could figure out how to get some of those onto CD. They're gettin old, some are wavy, you know? Others no longer any good give me trashpo ideas thanks to you two.

I go to tag sales, and library book sales and buy per-recorded cassettes by the box for cheap and tape over them! You are tech savvy to re-tape the cassettes together Diane, i never thought about that before,i'm gonna try it! Your a genius!

LOL Neil, karma points for effort:)  I'm laughing because I have a cassette player and had the same problem. It took me forever to even find a place that sold them anymore. I miss whem cassettes would get all garbled and all you had to do was cut and tape them back together. THAT make me feel tech savvy:)
